Terms & Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE AND OR USE: All sales to and use by you, the buyer(“YOU” or “BUYER”), and by Hydro Dip Store(“HDS”) are subject to the Terms & Conditions stated below. This includes purchases via Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. HDS Terms & Conditions supersede all other Terms & Conditions regardless of purchasing method.
Equipment is made to order and may require 4-6 weeks in lead time. Buyer has 7 business days from date of purchase to receive a full refund. If buyer requests cancellation after 7 business days a 15% restocking fee for total purchase amount will be assessed. Total amount minus 15% restocking fee will be refunded back to buyer. Buyer will be notified if delays occur during build. Products may not appear exactly as pictured on site. Buyer will be notified of design changes (i.e. Control box design changes from a 2-switch to a 3-switch). Any factory modifications will be of equal or better quality than listed. HDS reserves the right to terminate a sale at any time.
Upon receiving the product, it is the buyer’s responsibility to examine for any damage or problems.
Returns. The buyer must report problems within 48 hours to be considered for a full refund. During refund consideration, HDS may elect to send replacement parts or repair service at no additional cost to the buyer. If a full refund is awarded, HDS is allotted NINETY (90) DAYS to reimburse the full purchase price. All parts and components must be returned for full refund to be applicable. Returns on equipment with problems reported within THIRTY (30) DAYS will be considered for a partial refund. HDS will apply a 15% restocking fee on items returned within the 30-day period. No refunds or returns accepted for modified equipment
*Problems include: Excessive damage (rendering product nonfunctional), missing parts, or mismatched components.
*Applicable to full and partial refund policies: Shipping costs will not be included in refunds. Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility. Equipment must be packaged and shipped to carrier standards.
Incorrect Products. In the event that an incorrect product was shipped to the buyer, that product is eligible for a full refund ro replacement. Incorrect products must be reported within THIRTY (30) DAYS and must be completely unused and in its original packaging for a full refund to be applicable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ship the product to carrier standards. Refund and shipping costs for that product will be covered by HDS.
HDS uses third-party shipping services to deliver equipment. Depending on geographical location in the lower 48 United States, shipping may take between 2-5 business days. Shipment may be delayed if any unforeseen obstacles occur.
Equipment is tested for proper operation prior to shipping. Some damage may have occurred during shipment. HDS takes no responsibility for damages that occurred during freight and delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to look over the equipment following shipment. HDS recommends that a hired professional is used to install equipment to operational status. Any damage that occurred during shipment may require light repair work. If equipment has been damaged after shipment and is deemed significant by the buyer, DO NOT USE the product. Contact HDS immediately to determine proper action. All damage and defects must be reported within THIRTY (30) DAYS of buyer receiving product to be considered valid. If damage is deemed significant by both parties, HDS-based on each individual case- will either repair, credit, or offer a replacement in regard to the affected item.
Repair. One of three cases may occur if repair is deemed necessary: (1) A licensed professional will be contracted, (2) HDS will request the item be returned for repair, or (3) Under instruction and approval by HDS, customer may repair without voiding warranty.
Credit. Byer may keep or return product and is issued store credit.
Replacement. HDS will send a replacement and may require a return of the original item.
Some assembly may be required for select models. HDS takes no responsibility and makes no guarantees that this product will work with aftermarket parts. In addition, general repair or maintenance may be required for continued operation. HDS is not responsible for performing general maintenance and repair.
Certain equipment from HDS comes guaranteed with a 5 year warranty, based on factory specifications and proper use. (Please contact HDS to confirm if a product you intend to purchase is guaranteed under our 5 year warranty.)
Any modifications made by the buyer to the equipment are not guaranteed by HDS and render the 5 year warranty invalid. Post-purchase modification is not recommended and is done at the buyer’s discretion. HDS is not liable and takes no responsibility for damages that occur due to modification of equipment. No refunds or returns accepted for modified equipment.
All products sold by HDS are not, under any circumstances, allowed to be used for any reason outside of their intended purposes. HDS takes no responsibility for damages to or misuse of products sold to buyer.
MISUSE OF PRODUCTS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
Sprays. Each of the HDS spray products come with their own warning and use label. If a label is missing, DO NOT USE the product. Aerosol paints and activator have varying degrees of toxicity and flammability. Keep products in safe environment, and out of the reach of children.
Tanks. Use caution when handling tanks. Stainless steel and aluminum tanks are very heavy. Some equipment may require team or mechanical lift to bear load. Tanks pose a drowning hazard, even with a small amount of water. Keep watch of children. Tanks is meant solely for hydrographics purposes. Do not use for bathing or swimming.
Electrical components. Some equipment may pose an electrical hazard. Avoid contact with water and flammable materials. Ensure that all outlets used enable the listed voltage of the component. Improper use may result in shock or electrical fires.
